Stressed!!

I tell you house reno is a stressful thing!!! Lots of this and that problems, problems that we did not foresee. To make it worst both hubby and I are working so we can't be there when the workers do their work. Its crucial to be there because then, they can't cheat. Already we have a burst pipe in the kitchen that was fine before the cabinet makers came in. Luckily they are willing to admit that it is their fault and replace the wet and damaged parts. The grills came all wrong. Wrong pattern, wrong colour. They have to refabricate all over again. The shower screen contractor decided not to supply so my main con has to find a replacement. My kitchen door frame pulak has problems cos we installed the kitchen cabinet before the door frame and is therefore obstructing part of the frame.... STRESS!! And our reno job is minimal as well. I can't imagine how bad it would be if we had major jobs done. Luckily my mom is willing to go ocassionally to have a look during the week days. So far hubby and I have been rushing from KL to PJ over lunch to check on things. Can't wait to get this over and done with!!

On different matters, there are 3 birthdays in the month of April. Hubby, my sis and my aunt. So tomorrow we will be having lunch and cake for them. Got to find a place that sells good ice-cream cake. Special request from my sis. I guess La Manila or Hagan Daz.
