Me shooting a Chinese Tea Ceremony during the games bit of the ceremony. No tea pouring happening here :) So besides being a mommy what else have I been up to! Surprisingly, very busy with photoshoots!! I am actually up to my ears with editing and not to mention exhausted from running around to back to back events.
Over the last 3 weeks, I shot an engagement, a solemnization, a tea ceremony and a Glee Birthday Party! I had to pass over a Chinese Wedding Dinner to a friend which was on the same day as the Tea Ceremony and Glee Party or I would have fallen flat on my face! I had lost sensation in my wrist, arms and shoulders. Yes on that very day, I had back to back 3 events. The Wedding Dinner was a friend’s, so I attended as guest instead of shooting it myself. In between events, I had to express milk in the car. Poor Ayden was missing his mommy all day!
The following week is not looking too shabby. I’ve got a malay afternoon wedding kenduri in Seremban, which unfortunately overlapped with a morning solemnization in Setiawangsa. Again I passed it on to a friend, but Pitter Patter maintains ownership by doing the editing and delivery. Yes brand is everything.
Towards the 2 weekends end of the month I had 2 more bookings for birthday parties!! This time I really had to handover one of the jobs outright to my friend as I really can’t cope even with just editing work. There are so many chores at home that I’ve left unattended namely servicing my car, which is 1500km overdue, picking up the paintings which I sent off for framing almost 2 months ago and picking up my baju Raya which I sent off also almost 2 months ago and I believe should be ready by now.
Although a busy bee, life is FULL and EXCITING and am loving every minute of it.
