Going strong

I've been a member of Fitness First since last Wednesday. So far I've been going everyday!! Semangat!!

So far I've been for the Pilates, Body Balance, Body Combat, Power Yoga and the GX Intro to Body Pump. My body feels great. I feel alive. Exercising makes you feel good although it is bloody difficult to get yer ass up to get to the gym.

My strength has definitely improved. My legs were very weak after the surgery.My hamstrings were really tight as well. Yoga and Pilates definitely helped. I'm so happy that I can do lots of things at my classes. Even Power Yoga!

OK... hopefully this enthusiasm continues. Slow and steady.

I really envy the girls there who goes regularly. You can tell cause they're dam fit and muscular on their upper bodies. I want those muscles on my arms too!!

Its pathetic as to how much strength I have lost in my recovery. Scary as well. But am happy that it is coming back.
