Blogging at Starbucks

This is what happens when you've got no internet connection at home. I have to come to Starbucks to get online. Not just to blog though, am not that crazy or addicted to blogging. I had to check my office e-mail. Only to come all the way to Starbucks Ikano, get myself a Cafe Latte Grande, find a spot with power outlet, start up my laptop, get connected... and to find that the office server is down!! GEEEEZ.... what a waste of time. So, I end up blogging.

Here I am at Starbucks, with my laptop on a rather dodgy table.. it wobbles as I type! I hope it does not fall. Watching the world go buy, I wait patiently for the urls to load. Dear God, it is so slow! I thought the office server was slow.... this is killing me...
I look around me as my page load, there are other people on the net, people reading and smoking, talking... walking around with their families... enjoying the weekend. It is actually quite nice. Very refreshing.

And where is hubby? At home with Cleo hehe. I love time alone.
