I need a holiday!

Hubby and I've been planning to go on a holiday for years ... literally. Last year, we made plans to go to Pulau Tioman. We made the reservations everything. Then I ended up in hospital. I thought we can make it if I discharged early. Sempat tuh! I did not realise how serious my condition was. My doctor ended up keeping me at the hospital for 3 weeks, of course making the trip out to Tioman impossible. Not only that, I had strict orders from the doctor to do nothing but lie down.

A year on and we are still planning our holiday. Not too far away, cos we can't afford it, but at least something. We vowed that we should make an effort to go somewhere at least once a year. We thought about Tioman again and fly out to the island rather than taking the ferry/ boat. But since Air Asia has really cheap packages now a days, for the same amount we could go to Bangkok or Phuket. We also got quite a bit of Enrich points, enough for a flight to Bali or the same distance so that could be an option as well. Darn it ... so difficult to decide.

The next challenge is to agree on a date where the both of us are free. We absolutely cannot plan ahead. Things always come up in the last minute. I think we just have to go for it, make the bookings and then apply for leave in advance.
