Something wrong with my blog!

Help! I can't open my blog!! ... but I can put up posts tho!... How did I do it? Well, I saved the Dashboard page as Favourites, and I seem to be able to open this page. But I can't launch the website! A dialog box pops up and asks if I would like to download this page to a folder ... HUH???? what??? I do encounter these problems with I try to open other people's blogs, but now it's happening to me ... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
