OK, we’ve started trying. My friends are like “Finally!” Well yea… my orthopedic surgeon says its ok to start now.
So am reading up on all the stuff I need to know to start trying for a baby. What to eat more and what to do less. There is lots of stuff on the net. One really useful tool I found is the ovulation calculator. It calculates the days that you would be most fertile. I am going to take a step further. Am going to get those ovulating kit things that you pee on so it can tell you when best to “start cracking at it”.
It seems more difficult than I thought. I mean, it takes a few months and you got to do it on the right days, or else it just won’t happen. We spend all this time preventing it from happening, now, we got to reverse that, and it is just as hard trying to conceive.
Now that I got this pimple thing going on my face, the dermatologist pulak is telling me to put it off for a few months. What?! We’ve put it off for a year and a half because of my back! Oh well…..
Am also cranking up on the yoga so my body is ready to take the heavy load of pregnancy.
So many obstacles, so many things to consider.

No la!! I heard that I have to get that done too first right? I better sort that one out then....

the first rule of getting a baby - don't pressure yourself to get one!
trust me, we learnt from experience.....
take folic acids, consult a gynae ASAP....
we can plan but its HE who will decide...and HIS time is always right, by then you know you will be ready to be a mummy!
feel free to drop me & wifey a line or two...we can share our experience...we are not experts at all, but we did research, meet experts and join forums etc. it was a long journey (but worth it!) for us....so we have always set in our minds - why not we help others make the journey short?

I do need a lot of advice and tips. I don know where to begin... except for the obvious hehe. All I know is... GET BUSY! haha!

wah yes...start with folic acid now..the small yellow pils...i never pla to get pregnant myself dulu..sekali when I know i'm pregnant mcm panik attack coz never prepare anything...
alhamudlilah it turns out ok...do not put a presure on yourself dear!
