A ghost story

A friend of mine, K, has been having “disturbances” for the past 2 weeks. Every since we came back from the trip from Rompin. There was a “presence” in his apartment, and she (apparently it’s a woman) seems to be a very aggressive spirit.

The first time it happened was one morning, nearly subuh time, he told us. Something woke him up. He opened his eyes, and he saw an image of a woman, walking past his bed! He thought “oh oh… what was that??” He decided not to make it a big deal and went back to sleep. His mum woke him up again a while later, asking him to do his subuh prayers.

The next time it happened was just last week. He felt his bed vibrate, and the curtains move! Like little fingers playing behind the curtains!

Early this week, his bed vibrated again! And then he saw the curtains move again!!Scary!! The next day, he spoke to his neighbor asking her if she had experienced anything. She said no, but the neighbors upstairs did complain of a very bad smell coming from his apartment! She said that her sister, can “sense” this thing and offered to call her to see if there is anything in his apartment. His neighbor called him later in that day and said yes…. “something” is there!

You see, my friend had never had any encounters “with that kind” before in his life. The first time when we were at Rompin where “something” walked on the walls in his room and then jumped on him! He freaked out and ran to the chalet next door. Hubby and I were sleeping in the next room. He did not bother to wake us… he just left! Hubby and I slept soundly though. Which is why, when K began having “intrusions” at his house, we thought the “thing” at Rompin followed him home.

But it appears not!

Another friend, A, who has a “special capability” to remove certain presences, offered to help. K told us that as soon as A walked into his apartment, he had wild goose bumps. A said “This thing is aggressive!”

So he went in and did his thing. A said that the spirit is a 20 year old women. She died a violent death and was never buried. Somebody had used her spirit for bad things, and then just discarded her. So now she roams freely and decided to pay our friend K frequent visits! K’s apartment area used to be a lombong (mine).

So A got rid of her. He put her in a bottle ( a genie in a bottle, haha!) and threw the bottle into a river somewhere. After the ritual, K said that his house felt very different. He said that it felt very peaceful.

Thank goodness its all over! That is the most scary and aggressive disturbance I’ve ever heard (story books and Bercakap Dengan Jin books not counted). Lets just hope that she’s gone for good.
