Aaah yes, the weekend is here again. So whats been happening all week.

SOOO busy....

I'm on various trading projects at the moment. 4 to me exact. All involves trade abroad. Namely, Zimbabwe, Spain, Russia and Middle East. My partner/ colleague is abroad in the Middle East tending to one of the projects there, I am here, jaga kedai. Hopefully I will be going to South Africa and Zimbabwe to tend to the project there in April. Zimbabwe is having their elections at the end of this month. If all is peaceful there, then we would proceed with the trip.

I am mentally exhausted. The trading business is still new to me. I learn something new literally every minute of the day. Being an engineer by background, economics, banking and finance is a struggle. I've got to get some text book literature for these.

But despite the heavy work load, I am totally happy and content. I don't mind hard work. I just can't stand idiots. We all know that we are not free of idiots in the workplace or elsewhere. But where I work right now, there are minimal number of idiots. Even if they are, they are ignorable.

It is a wonderful feeling to go home after work and just forget everything in the office. Now I understand when people say, "Don't bring home your work stress. Leave it at the office". Where I am now, it is not a problem. It is easy to leave work stress behind, leaving idiot stress... I tell you...... PROBLEM
