Our new home(2)

We finally got our keys to our new house!!!

Hubby managed to tear himself away from work with a white lie and we went down to PJ to the Sunway Damansara sales office to collect our keys.

So now with our keys, I have to get cranking with the renovation. Had to get a reno permit, put some down deposit down and hand over the main key to the developer so they can do some repair work. We found the master bathroom leaking through the tiles just below the shower head!! That has to be rectified fast before the concrete is soaked through. I had to take care of all this by myself cos hubby is too busy right now ... *sob*..

Anyways, things are in progress and reno should start this week. First with the grill and then the others follows through. I can't wait. Furthermore I've already got a tenant for my apartment, he is interested to rent from mid April. He's not put money down yet but will be coming to view my place next week.

Can't wait to move to our new home!! Its going to be further from work, but my god.... its so much more peaceful there compared to where I live right now.... right on Jalan Ampang k!! And.... I can go to the Curve, Ikano and Ikea anytime I want!! So nearby!!

My checklist of stuff to do is endless, with my work building up and a business trip coming, does not help with keeping my sanity at bay... it doesn't rain... it pours. So with the F1 chaos for the KL league ending this weekend, hubby should be able to take over some burden off me.
