Finally I have a bit of time to blog.
I had a fantastic birthday!
The night before my birthday my family took me out for dinner, which hubby could not join as he was busy with the preparations for the upcoming F1 Demo at KLCC and F1 at Sepang. But he made it in time for my cake, a dam YUMMY cake!! Mud cake (or something like that) from Secret Recipe.
Then at midnight I got my present. And guess what…..!! it was a canon ixus i5!!! What I’ve really wanted!! I was so excited and happy and gave him lotsa hugs and kisses and thank you. Thank you saying for the wonderful gift!! Needless to say I was snapping away immediately and in the office the next day as well. I took pictures of everything on my workstation!
Hubby managed to get off work early so we could have my birthday dinner so we went to Ceylon Hill at Ampang. It was ok, not too bad. Not exceptionally great. But the food was good and we chatted the whole evening. We had not been spending time together after work for the past week now because of his busy schedule. The waitress had to gently ask us to leave as they were closing. It was only 11pm! So if you want to stay late and chat, don’t go to Ceylon Hill. They close far too early. 11pm is early.
So what do I think about being 29? Well, age is just a number. Just a + 1 from last year. But this year I am exceptionally happy and content with everything. It has been rough for me the last couple of years with this and that, but this year… I think…. Is going to be a good year.
