KL Bird Park

Went to the KL Bird Park on Sunday to try out my new camera. I really had fun with it... however, as I am still not used to the functions, lots of the images turned out blur. I guess going to the Bird Park and using the camera for the first time is not exactly a good idea either cos I only have a standard lense, and these birds tend to be quite a distance away! I used AP most of the time, so some images did not turn out too good. The macro shots turned out ok tho.

Hubby, who is not exactly fond of birds braved his way through the whole park. Even with the birds flying pass his ears,he managed not to jump out of his skins hehe...

I was quite impressed with the Park. Took us about 4 hours to finish. Has quite a number of birds, some in cages, most free to fly around. But according to hubby, it used to be much better. I can't imagine anything that could be possibly better by Malaysian standards!

We wanted to go to the Orchid Garden, which is just opposite the Bird Park yesterday, but it was just too hot. Maybe next time.
