Help!

I am unable to upload onto the internet. Caan't upload on flickr, can't upload attachments on yahoo.

I have:

- Contacted streamyx and they asked me to do a speedometer test. My download speed is normal, but my upload speed is zero! No data at all!

- I've cleaned up disc, scanned for an anti virus with no change at all.

- Discovered this virus in my computer; virusburster. I can't seem to find the file, but I see the icon on my computer! After using all the different anti viruses, this one cannot be removed. Could this be preventing my ability to upload. But it has been in my computer for months ( there is a pop up then POPS UP all the time!) but I have been uploading find, until recently (about 3 weeks now)

The last thing I want to do is to reformat my PC.

Does anybody know, or heard of virusburster? Is there any anti virus that can remove this?
