What a fantastic holiday! As we know it, it was also the UEFA Euro 2008 and the streets in Zurich was alive with... well all sorts of people, including Captain Jack Sparrow.
We went to Lucerne, Hinwill, Rapperswil, Einsieldeln, Bachtel (this is a place where bikers love to ride, with beautiful "twisties", breathtaking view and fresh air), Top of Zurich (the highest point of Zurich), did the tour around the lake, went to the chocolate factory (Lindth Chocolates here are dead cheap) and partied in the streets with the Euro 2008 fans.
Besides all that fun, things are dam expensive especially food. I ate on hubby's tab, courtesy of The Company, therefore we had pretty decent meals. Otherwise, kena bawak Brahim and Maggie je la. A typical meal costs USD 20 - 25 per person!
Am still recovering from jetlag, hence I've been sleeping at 4m and waking up at noon.
